摘　　要：本文在对以往方法进行改良的基础上,建立了本实验条件下人精浆蛋白双向电泳图谱.本实验不但为进一步进行人精浆的研究奠定了基础,也为进行其他蛋白的研究提供了一种新的方法.In this paper, two-dimensional electrophoretic map of human seminal plasma proteins has been established under condition of this study by means of improvement of previous methods. The 2D-PAGE map not only is basis on which proteins of human seminal plasma will be further studied, but provides scientific basis for analysis of other proteins.
