体内、外胃电图的比较

摘　　要：在家兔、绵羊体上采用胃壁电极包埋,体表安放As—AgCl电极,同步观察了从体内胃壁、体表引导胃电的差异。兔在分别静注阿托品和毛果芸香碱时,绵羊在进食、溃疡、针刺足三里穴时观察体内外胃电图变化的。结果表明,体表胃电图的幅值与胃浆膜电的幅值呈平行关系,其体表胃电图的频率也和胃浆膜电的频率相一致。说明胃电图不仅可以反映体内胃浆膜电的变化,而且还有其自身的生理、病理性基础及其临床应用的价值。Differences of electrogastrogram (EGG) recorded from stomach serosa and body surface were observed synchronously by electrode embedding under stomach serosa and equipment with Ag-AgCl electrodes on body surface in rabbits and sheep. The changes of EGG were observed while giving atropine and pilocarpine by intravenous injection in rabbits and while taking food, being gasrtic ulcer, acupuncturing points Zusanli in sheep. The results showed that amplitude of EGG of body surface paralleled to that of stomach serosa;frequency of EGG of body surface is in accord with that of stomach serosa. The EGG not only can reflect electric activity of stomach serosa, but also has physiology, pathology itself and the value of clinical utilization.
