摘 要:对内江猪和伍隍猪的染色体C—带核型和Ag—NOR、6种血清蛋白(酶)(Tf、Po、Hp、Akp、Es和Am)多态性和2种血清酶(AKP和LDH)活力进行了研究,并以荣昌猪和杜洛克作对照进行聚类分析。结果表明:内江猪与伍隍猪染色体C—带核型一致。两类群之间Ag—NOR的众数,每个细胞的平均数及8、10号染色体频率均无显著差异(P>0.05);血液蛋白的基因频率除AKP外,其余差异均不显著;以五个基因座的基因频率(Tf、Po、Hp、8Ag—NOR和10Ag—NOR)计算的标准遗传距离聚类,内江猪与伍隍猪首先聚为一类,然后与荣昌猪相聚,与杜洛克相距很远,自成一类。并结合伍隍猪的形成历史、体形外貌、生产性能等综合考查,表明伍隍猪与内江猪的亲缘关系十分密切。The polymorphisms of C-band. Ag—NORs and six serum proteins (Tf、Po、Hp、AKP、Es and Am) and the activities of two serum proteins (AKP and LDH) in Neijing and Wuhuang were investigated. Rongchang and Duroc were used as contrast. The results revealed that the polymorphisms of C-band were generally Similar in Neijing and Wuhuang. The frequencies of cell Ag—NOR chromsomes and serum protein genes were no significant defference between the two populations except for AKP (P>0.05). The standard genetic distances were caculafed for the four breeds or populatons of native pigs from the alldle frequencies in five loci(Tf、Po、Hp、8Ag—NOR、10Ag—NOR). It is suggestij that Wuhuang is more close to Neijing than to Rongchang, while Duroc is very different genetically. Thus Wuhuang is recogniyed as one native population of Neijing according the results and the formed history, apearance and performance of Wuhuang. The activity of AKP reduced gradually as the pig grew and it was negative correlation with lean percentage, daily gain and other economic traits. The difference was not significant in LDH isozymes activity between Neijing and WUhuang (P>0.05).
