多功能保健垫中药提取物对小鼠微循环障碍的影响

摘　　要：实验表明,多功能保健垫中药总提取物对局部滴注肾上腺素导致的小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍具有显著的对抗作用。表现为延缓微血管内血流停止或变慢的时间、血流恢复正常时间提前、阻止肾上腺素引起微血管管径收缩的强度、延缓其引起微血管收缩的最明显时间、提前了微血管管径恢复正常的时间。上述各项测定指标,实验组与对照组对比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。The results of experiments show that the total extracts from the Chinese drugs in the multi-purpose health care cushion can remarkably resist the disturbance of mesenteric microcirculation in mice due to local instillation of adrenalin.This means that they prolong the time to stop or slow the blood-stream in the micrangium;shorten the time to make the blood-stream normal;reduce the contraction intensity of diameter of the micrangium caused by adrenalin;delay the time to contract the micrangium mostly because of adrenalin;and cut down the time to restore the diameter of the micrangium to normal.The determination indexes mentioned above have obvious differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).
