摘　　要：利益原则是一定社会经济关系的轴心。经济学的产生是基于如何以最小的投入获取最大的利益回报。通过对中国传统价值观和西方资本主义价值观的历史分析可知:儒家双重伦理道德有利于社会的和睦,但没能有效地促进科技和物质文明的发展;西方利己主义的道德虽推动了科技的发展,但却使人和社会处于分裂的窘境。着眼于全球化和人类的可持续发展,必须建立适应市场经济内在要求的新型社会主义道德体系。The axis of social economic relation is interests principles. The article analyse and points out through history in the spuare traditional values in the midwest: It is harmonic that the double ethics of the Confucianests are favorable to the society, but fail to bring about an advance in science and technology and material progress effec- tively; Western moral of egoisms drive the developments of science and technology, make society in the awkward situation of division. Focus on costing and human sustainable development of the whole world, must set up and adapt to the inherent new-type socialist moral system that needs of market economy.
