农药叶枯灵对大鼠离体灌流肝的影响研究

摘　　要：进行了叶枯灵的大鼠肝脏离体循环式灌流肝实验研究,结果表明,灌流肝正常功能至少可维持2小时,叶枯灵在500uM 时,对大鼠灌流肝有毒作用,LDH 酶活性及 K^+浓度对评价叶枯灵的有毒作用是敏感的指标。本文建立了大鼠离体灌流肝的模型,适用于化合物的毒性及代谢的研究。Astudy of the toxic effect of Yekuling was carried out on isolated perfused rat liver with circulating experiment.The results showed that the parameters of liver via- bility were normal within 120 min.Yekuling was toxic to the perfused rat liver at a concentration of 500 umol in the medium.The LDH activity and the K^+ concentration were sensitive indicators for the evaluation of the adverse effects of Yekuling.This study established that isolated perfused rat liver is a suitable model for toxicity and metabolism studies of chemicals.
