家犬血清抗狂犬病毒抗体水平监测

摘　　要：报告了监测家犬血清抗狂犬病毒抗体免疫水平50例,其中2例未免疫犬血清抗狂犬病毒抗体为阴性、48只免疫犬有44只血清抗体阳性,疫区与非疫区及雌雄之间,免疫抗体的产生差异均无显著性,2年以上的成年犬,易激活产生保护性抗体,连续免疫2年,已有足够的保护性抗体产生.Serum samples from 50 domestic dogs from Jintang County were tested for rabies antibodies.The serum of two unimmune dogs were negative.Among 48 immune dogs, 44 were positive for rabies virus.There was no sex difference,nor was there a diffe- rence between dogs from the areas in which rables cases occur and the areas in which rabies does not occur.Dogs older than two years old more really produced enough rabi- es virus antibodies.
