摘　　要：作者等对原病理诊断为子宫平滑肉瘤的病例进行了复核,确诊平滑肌肉瘤20例。以核分裂≥5/10H P F为主要诊断标准。作者等通过本组病例的临床、病理分析,认为患者的预后与临床分期、病理组织学分级及治疗是否合理有极密切的关系。The authors emphasized that the mitosis count (5/10HPF) Should be the main criterion used in pathohistological diagnosis. Only 20 cases were in accord with the demands. Through clinical and pathoiogical analysis of this group of cases, the authors consider that the prognosis is related closely with clinical staging, pathohistological grading and treating.
