摘　　要：哈图—萨尔托海地区金矿主要见于蛇绿岩镁铁质火山杂岩的上部(并不一定是顶部)及下部(并不一定是底部)两个“层位”.成矿物质主要来源于镁铁质火山杂岩,矿化主要发育其中,是典型的蛇绿岩镁铁质火山杂岩型金矿,当属广义的层控矿床.矿化区表现为受断裂裂隙控制,但主要矿床与古火山机构有关.The known gold deposits in the Hatu-Sartokay region mainly appear in the upper part(not necessarily at the top)and the. lower part ( not necessarily at the bottom) of the ophiolitic mafic volcanic complexes. The source materials of these deposits came from mafic volcanic complexes in which the mineralizations was mainly developed. This typical gold deposit of ophiolitic mafic volcanic complexes belongs to generalized stratabound deposits. The main deposits were associated with paleovolcanic system although the mineralization was shown to be controlled by fractures.
