灵芝孢子粉及灵芝孢子蜂胶对急性胃溃疡形成的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨灵芝孢子粉及灵芝孢子蜂胶在抑制急性胃溃疡形成方面的作用。方法 :通过无水酒精灌胃法制备急性胃溃疡小鼠模型 ,比较观察灵芝孢子粉组、灵芝孢子蜂胶组与对照组之间溃疡发生率、胃溃疡指数及胃黏膜形态的差异。结果 :与对照组相比 ,灵芝孢子粉组及灵芝孢子蜂胶组的溃疡发生率和胃溃疡指数均显著降低 ,胃黏膜结构相对完整。结论Objective To explore the influence of Ganoderma Spores(GS) and Ganoderma Spores Propolis(GSP) on the formation of acute gastric ulcer.Methods The differences of ulcer incidence rate,gastric lesion index and structure of gastric mucosa between GS,GSP and control groups were observed.Results Compared with control groups ,the ulcer incidence rate and gastric lesion index of GS and GSP groups were decreased significantly,and the structure of gastric mucosa was more intact.Conclusion GS and GSP could suppress the formation of acute gastric ulcer.
