桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤药物组成的实验探讨

摘　　要：历代医家对桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤药物组成的看法分歧较大,主张去桂、去芍、不去桂亦不去芍者各执一词。本文根据张仲景对桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤所述方义,选择镇痛、解热、发汗、利尿四项指标平行比较了桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤、桂枝去芍加茯苓白术汤、桂枝加茯苓白术汤的药效以探讨该方的药物组成,结果表明该方组成以不去桂亦不去芍为妥。The DGQJFB, one of derivative prescription from Cinnamon Twig Decoction (CTD), was devised by Zang Jiin 'Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease'. The indication was still headaches, stiffness of the neck, presistent fever without perspiration, fullness beneath the heart with mild aching, and dysuria after taking CTD.But its formula has been argued for dynasties.Some people advocated that it did not contain the Cinnamomum (D2), someone proposed it did not enclose the Paeonia(D3) , and others suggested that both of the Cinnamomun and the Paeonia should be needed in the recipe (D1) .According to the indication of this decoction, experiments on analgesia, antipyretic, diaphoresis and diuresis were designed to observe the efficacy of those three formulas. The results showed that Dl was much stronger than others in whole parameters tested. The formula centaining both Cinnamomun and Paeonia was recommended.
