银翘散解热机理的研究——I、银翘散等药对内生致热原致热家兔体温的影响

摘　　要：以家兔为实验对象,以内生致热原为致热物质,以银翘散为解热剂所进行的实验表明:银翘散能够解除内生致热原所致家免的发热。其中银、翘、荆、薄四药可能为主要的解热药。常规银翘散煎剂中的挥发成分不能解除家兔的发热。It was showed that Yinqiao San, a typical recipe for relieving the exterior with the cold pungent, could break off links on the fever chain caused by endopyrogen. At the angle of antipyretic effect, Yinqiao San could be replaced by the prescription consisting of Flos Lonicera, Fructus Forsythiae, Herba Schizonepetae and Herba Menthae. The volatile element in conventional dosage Yinqiao San didnot serve as the key ingredient for relieving the evil heat.
