摘  要:三七培养细胞(SC)与三七生药(SM)醇提物均能明显降低小鼠自发活动的次数,对抗由冰醋酸引起的扭体反应及提高对热刺激的痛阈值,减轻由二甲苯所致的鼠耳肿胀及蛋清所致的大鼠关节肿。小鼠口服SC或SM15g(生药)/kg均未见中毒,静脉注射LD_(50)SC为2.91g(生药)/kg,SM为3.03g(生药)/kg,中毒表现相似。SC at 50 and 100,SM at 100 mg/kg ip obviously inhibited the sponata-neous movement of mice. At 2.50 and 3.75 g/kg ip both SC and SM suppressed acetic acid induced writhing of mice. By hot plate method, the elevation of the pain threshold after ip SC and SM at the doses of 1.25 and 1.70 g/kg was observed. SC and SM at 3.30 g/kg po significantly reduced the dimethylbenzene induced inflammatory swelling of the auricua of mice. Both extracts at 1.50 and 3.00 g/kg ip were found to have marked activity against egg white induced pedal inflammation in rats. The LD50 values of SC and SM were 2.91 and 3.03 g/kg iv respectively. At the dose of 15 g/kg po neither of the extracts showed toxic effect on mice. The results indicate that SC and SM possess the similar pharmacological effects on sedation, analgesia and antiinfla mmation.
