摘　　要：保和丸能抑制小鼠胃排空和家兔十二指肠自发活动;拮抗乙酰胆碱、氯化钡、组织胺所致家兔和豚鼠离体回肠痉挛性收缩,部分解除肾上腺素对肠管的抑制。该药剂量较大时能减少胃酸分泌量和总酸排出量,小剂量时无明显影响,但同一剂量能明显提高胃蛋白酶活性,胃蛋白酶排出量有所增加。该药有轻度增加麻醉大鼠胰液、胆汁分泌量和胰蛋白浓度,明显增加胰蛋白排出量。The effects of Bnohe Wan (BHW) on gastrointestinal motivity, the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin, the secretion of pancreatic juice and cholalic juice were studied. The results vere following: ( 1 ) Inhibitory effects of gastric output in mice and automtic activity cf isolated rabbit intestine were observed. The r.ction was observed in antagonzing the spasmodic contraction of isolated rabbit intestine or. guinea pig ileum induced by actylcholine, barium chloride or histamine, and reducing the inhibition of rabbit intestinal activity indcued by adrenaline. (2)No significant changes of gastric juice content and output of total acid were found in rats with ligated pylotus by duodenal administration of BHW in low dosage, but the gastric juice content and the output cf gastric acid reduced in high dosage. However, activity of pepsin was markedly increased in low and high dosage cf BHW. (3) The output of pancreatic protein was stgnificantly increased and pancreatic juice content, pancreatic protein concentration, cholalie juice content were slightly increased in anesthetic rats by oral administration. ( 4 )The acute toxieity test showed no significant toxic effect in mice by oral administratiou with 240g/kg.
