补中益气汤的药理作用研究——抗实验性胃溃疡作用与机理

摘　　要：补中益气汤对应激性溃疡,幽门结扎性溃疡、利血平性溃疡模型均有良好的保护作用,对乙酸法胃溃疡模型有明显促进溃疡愈合的作用。其作用机理与该方抑制胃分泌,抑制胃运动、增加胃粘膜血流量以及一定的中枢抑制作用有关。This paper has reported the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of BEYQD on preventing or treating experimental gastric ulcer in rats. The results were as following: ( 1 )Ulcer Index in three kinds of gastric ulcer model (stress-induced ulcer, Jigated pylorus-induced ulcer, reserpine-induced ulcer) were markedly decreased by oral or duodenal administration of BZYQD in rats.(2) Ulcer area of the acetic acid-induced ulcer of rat was also markedly decreased by BZYQD. ( 3 )Study on the mechanisms of BZYQD on preventing or treating gastric ulcer showed that it can inhibit gastric motility, reduce output of gastric acid and pepsin, increase gastric mucosal blood flow and sleep incidence of mice induced by administration of pentobarbital sodium in subthreshold dose. The results mentioned above suggested that:(A)the inhibition of gastric motility, output of gastric acid and pepsin was one of the mechanisms of BZYQD on preventing ligated pylorus-induced ulcer and reserpine-induced ulcer. (B) One of the mecha-ninsms of BZYQD on preventing stress-induced ulcer might be related to the effect of BZYQD on the central nervous system. (C) increase of gastric mucosal blood flow may be a common mechanism of BZYQD on above-mentionnd four ulcer models.
