续命汤对血栓和脑血管的作用

摘　　要：续命汤灌胃5天能延长小鼠凝血时间,抑制大鼠血栓形成;试管内给药能明显抑制ADP诱导的大鼠血小板最大聚集率,延长50％最大聚集时间;静脉给药能增加狗颈内动脉血流量,降低脑血管阻力,略加快心率,不明显影响血压。The extract from xuming tang, a prescription of a medical decoction consisting of 9 Traditional Chinese Materia Medica, with 50 percent ethanol was studied on 4 animal models. Xuming tang prolonged coagulation time in mice ig 5 days and inhibited thrombosis in rats ig 5 days.It in vitro inhibited maxima rate ot platelet aggregation and prolonged aggregation time. It increased significantly carotid int arterial blood flow, lowered markedly cerebrovas-cular resistance, raised slightly heart rate, and did not change blood pressure practically in dogs intraveniously.
