三七总皂甙对小鼠多能造血干细胞(CFU-S)增殖的影响

摘　　要：实验采用脾集落法观察了三七皂甙对小鼠多能造血干细胞增殖的影响。结果表明三七总皂甙对小鼠多能造血干细胞的增殖具明显促进作用,脾结节中粒、红二系细胞有丝分裂活跃,脾脏重量增加。提示三七补血途径之一是通过作用于多能造血干细胞而发挥作用。Panax nofogineseng (Burk) F. H. Chen, which belong to Arliad, is a well-known imporant drug in traditional Chinese medicine. The effect of Saponins of Panax notogi-neseng (Burk)F. H. Chen(SPN)on proliferation of CFU-S in mice was studied by using the techique of spleen colony formation. The results indicate that SPN may stimulate proliferation of CFU-S and enhance mitosis of both granulocytic and erythrocytic system significantly. The weight of spleen was increased too. The data mentioned above suggents that SPN may regulate hemoporesis by acting on CFU-S-part of the possible mechanism for antianemia of SPN.
