摘　　要：Ⅰ. INTRODUCTIONZearalenone was found by Stob et al. in 1962 as a secondary metabolite produced by Gibberella zeae. It was reported that zearalenone not only acts as an estrogenic substance but also as a sexual hormone in certain fungi. Since 1980, zearalenone has been isolated, purified and identified from higher plants in different genera and species by Meng et al. and is proposed as an endogenous active substance closely related to sexual differentiation
