摘  要:Hemoprotein molecules exhibit so slow electron transfer that no apparent currents appear at conventional electrodes because of either their extended three-dimensional structure and the reusltant inaccessibility to the electroactive centre or their strong adsorption onto the electrode surface for subsequent passivation. Chemically modified electrode (CME)made by adsporption of the phenothiazine methylene blue onto electrode was used for catalysis of hemoprotein electrode reactions in spectroelectrochemical study and in analysis of flow systems.
