摘　　要：The chromosome banding researches of barley have been in a noticeable position after Giemsa banding techniques were introduced into plants. Studies of chromosome C-banding, N-banding, G-banding, and silver staining of barley have been reported by some researchers, respectively. But so far no report has been found about comparisons between G-, C-, N-banding and silver staining patterns in the same cultivar of barley.
