摘　　要：Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION In the last decade with the increase of time resolution in observational equipments, solar radio fast time structures were discovered at meter, decimeter, centimeter and millimeter wavebands. This has let to a surge of discussions about the mechanisms producing fast fine structures.
