摘 要:The homopolymerization and copolymerization of glycolide (GA) and lactide (LA) are des-cribed. The resulting polymers are characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), 300 MHz proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR), infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The rheological properties of PGA andPGLA 910 are evaluated by shear experiments. The biodegradation has been studied in vivo.
