摘　　要：滞期责任的产生以及滞期费的多少,主要体现在装卸时间上。因此合同双方为保护自己的权益,对有关计算装卸时间的问题都要在合同中用条款加以规定。在航次租船条件下,航次首尾的装卸时间都是由租方来控制的。根据英美法,租方一旦接受了船方的“装卸准备就绪通知书”(NOTICE OF READINESS),装卸时间即开始起算,一直到装卸完毕为止。On the basis of some actual cases,this article analyzes the rela- tions of exception clause and Warranty clause to the demurrage lia- bility,and gives detailed instruction in concluding exception clause and Warranty clause.It emphasizes the importance of attribution for demurrage liability in voyage charter business.
