摘　　要：本文介绍食用茵经济价值和营养价值后,针对宁夏区情,提出应大力提倡食用茵生产,在发展黄河农业中,可拓宽农村多种经营门路,使农业副产品增值。The paper gave an account of the economic and nutritional value of edible fungi. Ac-cording to the regional circum-stances of Ningxia it put forward that the production of the edible fungi should be promoted in order to help farmers to have diversified economy and make agricultural by-products rise in value in the development of the Yellow River agriculture.
