摘 要:根据1987~1989年淮南猪肥育试验资料,估测了肥育与胴体性状的表型和遗传参数。结果表明淮南猪胴体重、胴体长、眼肌面积,后腿比例等的遗传力较高(0.629~0.723),宰前活重和屠宰率的遗传力较低,分别为0.174和O.178,板油比例、花油比例及肥肉率的遗传力估计值分别为0.603,0.547和0.243,属国内外首次报道,这对数量遗传学的理论研究和选育实践均有重要意义。表型相关及遗传相关值与国内外资料有很多不同的特点,反映了淮南猪边长边肥,体型短宽的品种特性。Accordint to the fattening data of Huainan Swine from 1987-1989, the phenotypic and genetic parameters of fattening and caress characters are calculated. The result shows that the heritsbility for carcass weight, carcass length, loinege area, and percentage of ham cut is fairly high(0.629 -0.723), but heritability for the weight befor dressing and dressing percentage is rather low (0.174, 0.178). The estimation of heritability for relative weights of mesentery fat, perirenal fat, and fat percentage is 0.547, 0.603, and 0.243, respectively. This is the first report at home and abroup, and has some significance to the study of guantilation heredity theories and practicl selection. The estimates reflect the special characters of the short-wide-bodies Huainan Seine which grow and fatten simultanaously.
