摘　　要：有清一代,清政府正式颁发军政勋章於同光之际,宣统一朝,清廷制定“四色龙勋章”,未及颁行,即与帝制同消俱亡,其滥殇之初的种种枝节、定制章程、品级、绶制等等,详见作者考述。During Tongzhi and Guangxu periods of the Qing Dynasty, the government had formally conferred a civil-and-military medal on foreigners. In Xuantong's reign. a 'dragon-medal in four colours' was well prepared for conferment on national officials: but there was not enough time to issue it with the fall of autocratic monarchy.
