埃及伊蚊细胞系的建立及其特征

摘　　要：以埃及伊蚊初孵幼虫为材料,成功地建立了2株埃及伊蚊细胞系—Aaes1289和Aaes190。细胞在TC199培养基中生长良好。Aaeg1289每隔4～5d传代1次,至今传代35次。Aaeg190贴壁细胞系以0.25％胰酶消化后分瓶培养,5～7d传代1次。细胞呈圆形或梭形。细胞系以二倍体细胞为主(2n=6)。经液氮-196℃冷冻保存,复苏成功。This paper reports the successful establishment of two cell lines ( Aaeg 1289 and Aaeg 190) from fresh incubated larvae tissue of Aedes aegypti. The cells grow well in the medium of Tc 199. Routine subcultures of Aaeg 1289 cell line are done at 4-5d intervals. This cell line is at the 35th subculture level up to present. Routine subcultures of Aaeg 190 cell line, with the cells attached to the glass surface, are done at 5-7d intervals. The cells are released from the glass surface by treating with 0.25% trypsin and then seeded into containers. The majority of cells in Aaeg 1289 line retains the diploid form(2n = 6). The cells stored in liquid N2 at -196℃ have been successfully resuscitated.
