β晶型等规聚丙烯形态结构研究

摘　　要：利用偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和激光小角散射仪较深入地研究了β晶型等规聚丙烯(β—IPP)的球晶及其形态结构,发现β—IPP在偏光下呈现绚丽的彩色,其Maltese十字象锯齿一样参差不齐;扫描电镜揭示其晶片呈现疏松、扭曲而光滑的层片状;激光小角散射H_v图呈现四叶瓣形。The spherulite and morphology of β-form isotactic polypropylene(β-IPP)were stud- ied by polarized microscope(PLM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and small-an- gle light scattering(SALS).The results illustrated that β spherulites showed bright colour,their Maltese cross displayed some concentric bending of a rather spiky,jagged character under PLM.Their lamellae were smooth layer-planelike structure by SFM and their SALS Hv patterns were four-petalled.
