海南省广州管园线虫的调查研究  

A Survey of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Hainan Province

摘　　要：本文对海南省海口市及市郊、保亭县、文昌县、儋县、琼海县等6个地区的广州管园线虫中间宿主,6种软体动物进行了调查,结果显示:褐云玛瑙螺、短犁巴蜗牛、皱疤坚螺和双线嗜粘液蛞蝓是本虫适宜的中间宿主。感染率分别是1.85～95.74％,5.17％,7.44％和8.33％。其中文昌县的褐云玛瑙螺感染率最高(95.74％),而感染最重的是海口市的一只褐云玛瑙螺含幼虫数多迭13726条。对本虫的终末宿主褐家鼠也作了初步调查,结果感染率为5.88％。关键词:海南省;广州管圆线虫;中间宿主;Results of a survey of six mollusc species of intermediate hosts of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in urban districts and suburbs of Haikou city, Baoting county, Wenchang county, Zhan county and Qionghai county showed that: Aehatina fulica Bradybaena brevispira, camaena cicatricosa and philomycus bilineatus were the natural intermediate hosts of the larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Infective rate were found to be 1.85-95.74％, 5.17％, 7.44％, 8.33％ respectively. Among the intermediate hosts the Achatina fulica presents the highest infective rate (95.74％). In one of the adults of Achatina fulica from Wenchang county 13726 larvae were found. Investigation on Rattus norvegicus the natural final host of Angiostrongylus cantonensis had also been carried out. It's infective rate was found to be 5.88％.
