摘 要:本文复制了小鼠免疫/造血功能抑制(IHS)模型,观察了移植胎肝细胞对IHS小鼠存活率的影响。结果发现,经静脉或脾内移植胎肝细胞(FLC)可延长IHS小鼠存活率,其效果以后一种移植途径为佳;同种FLC移植(C_(57)→ICR)和同系FLC移植(ICR→ICR)对IHS小鼠生存率延长效果类似。实验提示,移植FLC可能会改善IHS小鼠免疫和造血功能。In this report, an animal model of immunology and hepatopoiesis suppression (IHS mice) was established and the influences of fetal liver cell (FLC) transplantation on the survival rates of IHS mice were observed. The results showed that the survival rates of IHS mice were significantly enhanced by FLC transplantation through intraveins or intraspleens while the later way had got the better result than the formal one. The effects of allotypic and syngenic FLC transplantations were grssly similar. The conclusion drawn from the experimentais that FLC transpalntation may improve the functions of immunology and hepatopoiesis of IHS mice.
