摘　　要：本文阐述液体研磨的原理、装置及其在柴油机喷油嘴喷孔光整加工中的应用,对测试结果进行了概率分析,研磨后喷油嘴的流通能力提离,离散性减小,柴油机性能改善。This paper presents the principle and equipment of the liquid honing for spray bore of diesel engines. With honing, the sharp corner of the spray bore can be rounded off and the bore size precision can be improved. Probability analysis of the measurement has been done. After honing, the fuel flow capability in the spray bore has been increased, and the standard deviation is considerably reduced. As a result, better diesel performance has been obtained.
