ELECTROANALYTICAL STUDY OF XANTHOPHYLL AND ITS APPLICATION

摘　　要：The electroanalytical behaviour of xanthophyll was studied by differential pulse polarography and cyclic voltammetry.The reduction wave of xanthophyll at -0.92V(v.s.Ag/AgCl)in 1.25% tetrabutyl ammonium chloride solution(TBAC)was found for the first time.The optimum conditions for the determination of xanthophyll by DPP were established.
