摘　　要：Three new metabolites(N-acetyl-pseudoephedrine,N-acetyl- norpseudoephedrine and N,O-diacetylnorpseudoephedrine)of ephedrines were d(?)ected and confirmed by GC/MS method and chemical derivatiza- tion.The metabolic pathway of acetylation of hydroxyl group is reported for the first time.Three new metabolites(N-acetyl-pseudoephedrine,N-acetyl- norpseudoephedrine and N,O-diacetylnorpseudoephedrine)of ephedrines were d(?)ected and confirmed by GC/MS method and chemical derivatiza- tion.The metabolic pathway of acetylation of hydroxyl group is reported for the first time.
