山东省县镇供水发展对策研究

摘　　要：为了促进山东省县镇供水事业的健康发展,在广泛调查研究的基础上,通过对资料的分析比较和技术经济计算,找出了我省县镇供水事业发展中存在的主要问题。并根据社会发展要求、给水技术、国家有关政策规定,从思想观念、规划设计、建设资金、经营管理诸方面提出了对策,可作为有关政府部门、供水企业决策时的参考。文中还对用水量标准、变化系数、经济流速等设计运行参数提出了建议,可作为新建、扩建供水工程设计和运行管理的参考。To improve the development of small city water supply engi- neering of Shandong,this article,based on field investigation and technical and economic calculation,points out the mean problems embeded in the deve- loping process of small city water suplly engineering of Shandong province. Also,according to the demards of social development,water supply techno- logy and state policy,it put forward the tactics concerning many subjets (such as project planning,sources of investment,administration),which are useful for the goverment and water supply companies to make decision. The designing and operating parameters(water consumpation rate,peak fac- tor,economic velocity,etc.)recommended by the authors can be used as reference in the design and administration of water supply system.
