恶性滋养细胞肿瘤外阴,阴道及宫颈转移

摘　　要：本文分析我院1973年至1988年收治的恶性滋养细胞肿瘤外阴、阴道及宫颈转移20例,转移率为23.0％,其中绒毛膜癌为26.9％,恶性葡萄胎为21.3％。转移多与恶变同时发现,以阴道侧壁转移多见。绒毛膜癌患者多同时伴有肺转移。20例患者均进行了化疗,现存活13例。结果提示有外生殖器及宫颈转移者,全身化疗或全身加局部化疗可控制及消退病变。Twenty cases of malignant trophoblastic tumors with vulval, vaginaland cervical metastasis had been seen in 1973 to 1988. The totalmetastatic rate was 23.0％. Most of the metastasis occurred simultaneouslywith the malignant change and were often seen on the lateral wallof vagina. All patients were treated with chemotherapeutic drugs. Amongthem, 13 patients have been still living. Systemic chemo- or plus localchemotherapy would be of benefit for the treatment of genital metastasisof malignant trophoblastic tumor.
