摘　　要：校园文化是一个多层次的有机复合体。它与高等学校管理是一种以人们的价值观、思维方式和行为模式为纽带的一种“互动”的关系。优化的校园文化不仅是高校有效管理的基础,而且对高校管理有着极其重要的促进作用。Campus culture is a multilevel organic compound . The relationship between ship campus culture ?and the management of higher learning colleges is interactive, which is based on value , model of thinking and behaviour standard. Good campus culture is not only the foundation of effective management, but also has a promoting function to higher learning colleges.
