杵臼式足三关节融合术(附655足随观察)

摘　　要：足三关节融合术自1927年 Lambrinudl 首创至今己半个多世纪。尤其近几年全国各地成立残联及三项康复组织以来,在大力开展手术康复的治疗过程中发现很多各种严重复杂的足部畸形,深感过去术式之不足。因此我院通过实践,设计成“杵臼式”三关节融合术,自1978年应用临床。对资料完整655足经过平均6年半随访,体会此种术式有合乎生理结构、接触面积大紧密、骨愈合时间快、矫正足畸形彻底、并发症少的优点。We found the shortcomings of Lam- brinudi's triple arthodesis which had been applied over one half a century since 1927.Therefore,wedesinged the pestle-mortar type triple arthrodesis of foot.Since 1978,655 cases had been treated and followed-up with 93% sati- sfactory results.We think this modi- fied operation is more suitable to the physiological structure of foot and it can also increase the contacted area of the bone as well as accelerate the fusion of bones.This operation can correct the deformities of foot completely and reduce the complications.
