配合物的稳定性与配位体酸碱强度之间的直线自由能关系

摘  要:在25.0±0.2℃及0.1mol·dm^(-3)KNO_3存在下,用pH法测定了水溶液中N-(间位取代苯基)亚氨基二乙酸(m-RPHIDA;R=CH_3,H,CH_3O,Cl, Br)与铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)的逐级生成常数,N-(间位取代苯基)亚氨基二乙酸和邻菲罗啉(或α,α′—联吡啶)与铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)三元配合物的生成常数。发现这十二个体系中二元及三元配合物的稳定性与配位体m-RPHIDA的碱性强度之间存在直线自由能关系。应用△logK_M、logX值讨论了三元配合物的稳定性。在镍(Ⅱ)—邻菲罗啉/α,α′2-联吡啶--N-(间位取代苯基)亚氨基二乙酸三元配位体系中发现△logK_M、logX与m-RPHIDA的pK_2值之间亦呈现良好的线性关系。The formation constants of binary and ternary complex compounds formd from Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ)-N-(m-substituted phenyl) iminodiacetic acid and from Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ)-Phen/bipy-N-(m-substituted phenyl) iminodiacctic acid were determined by pH method at 25℃ in aqueous solution in the presence of 0.1mol. dm^(-3) KNO_3. It was found that linear free energy relationships exist between the stability of binary and ternary complex compounds and base strengths of ligand in all twelve systems that were investigated. The stability of the ternary complex compounds was discussed in terms of △logK_M and logX values. It was found again that linear relationships exist between △logK_M, logX and pK_2 in the Ni(Ⅱ)-Phen/bipy-m-RPHIDA ternary systems.
