摘　　要：本文报告10例麻痹性髋脱位患者,采用自体扇形髂骨块行透榫式髋臼造盖法治疗。本组病例手术年龄6～15岁;男性8例;女性2例;半脱位者6例;全脱位者4例。肢体短缩最少2.5cm,最多缩短7cm,平均短缩4.5cm。其中施行透榫式囊内造盖并截骨纠正前倾角者5例;囊外并加关节囊紧缩者3例;单纯囊外透榫式造盖未加纠正前倾角者2例。文中重点介绍手术方法及术后治疗。经术后1年以上随访,取得满意效果。The fan-shaped autograft of ilium shelf in treatment of 10 cases with paralytic dislocation of hip joint is reported. In these cases, the age ranged from 6～15; 8 males and 2 females; 6 with subluxation and 4 with complete dislocation. The average discrepeiicy of legs is 4.5cm (2.5～7). Among them, five were sudjected to the intracapsular shelf and osteotomy for correcting anteversion of femoral neck; 3 to extracapsular shelf and contraction of articular capsule. The operative procedures and postoperative treatment are introduced. Through the postoperative follow-up for more than one year,the satisfactory result was obtained.
