摘　　要：本文报告21例不同病因的拇指内收挛缩畸形的治疗。麻痹性畸形应作骨性手术和肌腱转移动力重建,第一掌、腕关节融合优于第一、二掌骨骨桥术。软组织挛缩应彻底松解纠正,皮肤挛缩较重要做带蒂植皮,先天性畸形要配合其他动力调整。The treatment of 21 cases of thumb adduction contracture due to diflerent aetiology are reported. Bony operation and tendon transfer were performed for the dynamic reconstruction of the poliomyelitis deformity. The results showed that the first metacarpophalangeal fusion was superior in therapeutic effect to the 'osteo-bridge' between the first and second metacarpal. A complete release should be given to the softtissue contrature A pedicled flap transfer should be carried out for the severe skin contracture. Other types of tendon reconstuction should be also added for correction of congenital clasped thumb.
