摘　　要：本文报告1981～1985年间,我们对125例脊髓灰质炎后遗髋部畸形的患者,采用了骨盆截骨,平均随访74个月,全部获得骨性连接,髋部稳定有力,不同程度地延长了肢体,疗效满意。着重对其并发症的防治进行了讨论。The pelvic osteotomy were per- formed in 125 patients of sequelae of poliomyelitis from 1981 to 1985. The follow-up period was 74 months in average.In all cases the resected bone healed completely and the hip joints were stable and strong.The diseased lower limbs were length- ened,The prevention and manage- ment of the complications were discussed.
