洗必泰-碘对抗微生物作用的评价

摘　　要：我们用标准菌对洗必泰-碘络合物进行了系统的评价,结果表明其最小抑菌浓度为0.125～5μg/ml,一分钟时在312～625μg/ml浓度下可以快速有效地杀灭细菌繁殖体(>99.99％)。真菌(>99.99％),芽孢(>99.99％),对HBsAg灭活率达到99.95％以上,其毒性小,LD_(50)为3548.1mg/kg。与其它四种消毒剂:洗必泰、酒精、碘酊、PVP碘比较结果,洗必泰-碘最好。经临床346例手术时皮肤消毒,无一例手术后切口感染。实验显示洗必泰-碘络合物具有快速、广谱的杀菌作用。We use standard control strains, HBsAg and spores to evaluate Chlorhexidine-iodine systemically in quality and quantity. The MIC is 0.125-5μg/ml, within one minute, At the concen- tration of 312-625μg/ml, it can kill bactera(>99.99%), fungi(>99.99%), spores (>99.95%) and it can destroy HBsAg upto 99.95%. Its LD_(50) is 3548. 1mg/kg. Compared with other four disinfection agents, chlohexidine, PVP-iodine, alcohol and iodine, it is the best one (P<0.01). No incision infection was reported in 340 cases whose skins were disinfected by chlorhexidine-iodine. The result shows that chlorhexidine-iodine is a rapid and broad spec- trum disinfection.
