摘 要:我们于1986~1989年连续观察了足月健康新生儿63例的Hb、FEP、SF及EC值在生后短期内的变化。发现Hb在生后7日内逐渐降低,但无显著差异,到第8、9周Hb降低到最低点(96.8±11.3g/L)。此时生理性贫血已占90.9%,但SF并未降低到最低值,均值为169.3μg/L,最低值为35.0μg/L。EC值出生时高,4周后降到4.7±1.3mg/dl压积RBC、8周后又升回到8.7±2.7mg/dl压积RBC。随EC值的回升Hb值亦开始回升。FEP值在此期间变化不大。本文还分析了生理性贫血在EC值降低期间与体重递增呈负相关关系。We had observed the variations of Hb. FEP. SF and EC values in full term and healthy newborn infants 63 cases durning 1986-1989. We discovered that the Hb values decreased gradually in 7 days After birth not significiant(P>0.05), in eighth and ninth weeks Hb had droped to the lowest point (96.8±11.3g/L) and the Physiologic anemia presented up to 90.9%. But at the same time the values of SF did not descent to the nadir. The mean value of SF was 169.3±18.7μg/L, the lowest value was 35.0μg/L. The values of EC were high in the newborn, it descented after 4 weeks (4.7±1.3) and it rised again after 8 weeks (8.7±2.7) and soon the Hb began to rise. At this study we also analysed that between the occurrence of physiologic anemia and weight increment there was a negative corelationship during the EC values at lower level. The values of FEP did not have significant variations during this time.
