摘　　要：新生儿足跟毛细血管动脉化血血气分析法是简单、可靠、安全的血气检测法。本文测定了116例正常新生儿的足跟动脉化血血气结果,得出新生儿1天后血气分析的样本正常值范围,并依此推算出总体的正常值范围为:pH:7.251～7.429,PCO_2 2.806～7.235kPa(21.1～54.4mmHg),PO_2 5.320～7.940kPa(40.0～59.7mmHg),BE_(ECF)一7.5～5.5mmol/L,BE—7.5～4.5mmol/L,BB 38.3～52.4mmol/L,HCO_317～29mmol/L,TCO_215～31mmol/L,O_2ST0.79～0.96,O_2CT 0.18～0.27vol。据此建议用足跟动脉化血PO_2<5.32kPa(40mmHg),PCO_2>7.315kPa(55mmHg)作为呼吸衰竭的诊断标准。Arterialized blood sampling on heel for blood gas analysis is a simple, reliable and afety method in newborn infants. We determined 116 cases of normal newborn infants using this ethod, and got the normal reference value of the sample who was over 24 hours after birth. ased on that, we calculated the normal reference value of the total as followes.pH 7.251-.429, CO_2 2.814-7.241kPa (21.1-54.4mmHg), PO_2 5.320-7.934kPa (40.0-59.7mmHg), BE_(ECF)-7.5-.5mmol/L, BE-7.5-4.5mmol/L, BB 38.3-52.4mmol/L, HCO^-_3 17-29mmol/L, TCO_2 15-31mmol/L, O_ST 0.79-0.96, O_2CT 0.18-0.27vol.
