高原、平原、高原返回平原健康中、老年人听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)的研究

摘　　要：本工作研究不同海拔地区,健康中、老年人ABR测试。结果:平原组和返回组ABR各波的出现率高于高原组。高原组ABR各波潜伏期和波间期均值都比返回组和平原组延长,甚至P值都有差异性。ABR测试老年性耳聋有波及I～V波间期延长,在高海拔地区此种改变更为明显。反映了听觉感受器官老化,说明与高原缺氧有关。The ABR were tested with Danac 9 type ABR testing-meter in 197 cases of healthy middle aged and old persons who had been at Zhiduo of Qinghai(4 300 m above sea-level), Suzhou of Jiangsu(10m),and had returned to Suzhou from Qinghai high altitude (different altitudes more than 2 260m)where they migrated for a long term. The results showed that (1) the incidence of ABR waves in both plain group and returned plain group were higher than that in high altitude group. (2)The average values of the incubation periods of each ABR wave and the average val- ues of the waves intervals in the high altitude group were longer than that in the returned plain group and plain group , there were difference in P values . (3) V wave and I-V waves interval prolonged in presbyacousis, the prolong was more obvious as the growed , and these changes were marked in the middle-aged and old persons at high altitude areas. This represents the aging of auditory receptor and suggests that it is related to high altitude hypoxia
