摘　　要：国内首次从捕自中国三个地区的猕猴分离到三株逆转录病毒,经ELISA、免疫荧光检查与SRV—1呈阳性反应。免疫蛋白印迹试验加以证实,血清抗体与SRV—1呈阳性反应,其中有一株与SRV—1和STLV血清抗体有交叉反应。电子显微镜下,见有大量病毒颗粒,具有典型逆转录病毒结构。Three stains of retrovirus newly have been isolated from Rhesus monkeys (Macaca mutatta) eatched from three areas of China. It has been confirmed by Western Blots that the responses of their seroantibodies with SRV-1 were positive by both methods of ELISA and IFA (immunofluorescene assay). One of them occurs cross-reaction with SRV-1 and STLV. The lost of the virus particles with typical ultrastructures of retrovirus have been observed by electronic microscopy.
