六味地黄丸免疫学作用的实验研究

摘　　要：六味地黄丸是中医著名滋补肾阴的传统代表方剂。近年来,有资料表明,六味地黄丸在防治肿瘤,提高癌症病员生存率方面,有较好疗效。本实验从免疫学角度入手,采用体内免疫指标测定法结合电镜,观察六味地黄丸对正常及免疫功能低下小鼠的作用。实验表明,六味地黄丸对小鼠腹腔巨噬功能有明显增强作用,能直接影响外周免疫器官,并具有对免疫抑制剂一定的对抗作用。该药的这些药理作用,在肿瘤防治中必然产生重要影响。Liuweidihuang Decoction is a famous agent of Nourishment for vitality in the Chinese Tranditional Medicine. The literature showed that Liuweidihuang Decoction has good effects in prevention and treatment of tumout and increase of survival rate of patients with cancer. Expermental resea rch on immunological function of Liuweidihuang Decoction was presented. Effects of Liuweidihuang Decoction on normal mice and immunological inadequacy mice were observed by determination of immunological index with eletron microscopic observation. The results suggest that Liuweidihuang Decoction has marked effect to increase phagocytosis of macrophages in abdomen of mice. In antagonism against immunosuppresants. Its immunological effect may be play an important role in the preuvention and treatment of turnout.
