摘　　要：通过查阅近几年国内外HPMC胶囊的相关文献,分析了HPMC胶囊的应用情况及优势,重点介绍了HPMC胶囊的体内外研究现状,深入探讨了HPMC胶囊与传统明胶胶囊在体外崩解释放和体内生物利用度及药动学方面的差异,并对HPMC胶囊的应用前景进行了展望。After a literature review of the HPMC capsules, the research status of the HPMC capsules in vivo and in vitro are summarized, including the application status, the superiority over hard gelatin capsules and in particularly the disintegration release in vitro and bioavailability in vivo, as well as pharmacokinetics difference compared with conventional gelatine capsules, are explored in depth. Finally, the future applications of HPMC capsules are prospected.
