Rho激酶抑制剂与芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察Rho激酶抑制剂、芪苈强心胶囊分别及联合短期应用对慢性心力衰竭患者细胞因子（肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6）水平的作用，并探讨其机制。方法120例慢性心力衰竭患者符合纽约心脏协会（New York Heart Association，NYHA）分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级，在接受常规心衰治疗的基础上，随机分成4组，分别是空白对照组（A组，n＝30），单用Rho激酶抑制剂治疗组（B组，n＝30），单用芪苈强心胶囊治疗组（C组，n＝30）和Rho激酶抑制剂与芪苈强心胶囊联合治疗组（D组，n＝30）均治疗4周。治疗前后测定肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor，TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、脑尿钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide，BNP）评估心功能。结果治疗后B、C、D组分别与对照组A组相比TNF-α、IL-6、BNP水平均显著降低（P＜0.05），治疗组间（B组、C组、D组）治疗后，D组较B组、C组水平显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论 Rho激酶抑制剂联合芪苈强心胶囊能显著降低慢性心力衰竭患者血清细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6水平，改善心功能，有利于慢性心力衰竭的治疗。Objective To observe the short term effects of Rho-kinase inhibitor and Qiliqiangxin capsule on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with chronic heart failure,and explore the mechanism.Methods 120 chronic heart failure patients received conventional treatment for 4 weeks were divided into blank control group(Group A,n = 30),Rho-kinase inhibitor treated group(Group B,n = 30),Qiliqiangxin capsules-treated group(Group C,n- 30),and the other 30 cases were treated with Rho-kinase inhibitor combined with Qiliqiangxin capsules(GroupD,re = 30).TNF-α,IL-6 and BNP were measured and cardiac function was evaluated before and after treatment.The difference between4 groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,BNP in the observation group were lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,BNP in the D group were lower than that in the B and C group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.Q5).Conclusion Rho-kinase inhibitor combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule can improve cardiac function and reduce levels of serum cytokines associated with chronic heart failure,which is conducive to the treatment of chronic heart failure.
