多糖铁复合物治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效及对sTfR和SF含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血患者的治疗效果以及对血清转铁蛋白受体(serum trans-ferrin receptor,sTfR)和血清铁蛋白(serum ferrin,sF)含量的影响。方法对贵州省人民医院收治的132例缺铁性贫血患者采用多糖铁复合物治疗1个月,分析多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血的疗效,检测患者治疗前后血常规各项指标、血清铁(serum iron,sI)、sTfR及SF含量。结果多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血具有较好的疗效,显效率59.09%,总有效率85.61%;患者血常规各项指标和SI得到显著提高(P<0.05),sTfR显著下降(P<0.05),SF显著升高(P<0.05);SI与sTfR、sF及sTfR/SF有良好的线性关系。结论多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血治疗作用机制与提高SF含量和降低sTfR有关。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of iron polysaccharide complex in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia and its effect on content of serum transferrin receptor(sTfR)and serum ferrin(SF).Methods 132 patients with iron deficiency anemia in Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital were received iron polysaccharide complex for one month,we analysed the clinical efficacy of iron polysaccharide complex in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.The content of blood indicators,serum iron(SI),sTfR and SF were detected and analyzed before and after treatment. Results Iron polysaccharide complex had a good effect on iron deficiency anemia,the obvious effective rate was 59.09%and total efficiency was 85.61%;blood indicators and SI improved significantly(P<0.05),sTfR decreased significantly(P<0.05),SF increased significantly(P<0.05);SI and sTfR,SF, sTfR/SF has a good linear relationship relatively.Conclusion The mechanism of iron polysaccharide complex on patients with iron deficiency anemia is related with SF levels increased and sTfR levels reduced.
